Street View Together is a browser game for shared virtual exploration. These terms describe the service and the rules for using it.

The service and its operator
The service is operated by Ahmed Hossam, based in Egypt. By using Street View Together, you agree to these terms. If you cannot agree on your own behalf, you must have any permission required by applicable law and the services you use.

Accounts, guest access and shared rooms
Some exploration is available to guests; Google imagery and account-backed features require sign-in. You must also meet the eligibility and minimum-age requirements of the providers you use. Keep your account secure, use your own identity and do not share access in a way that bypasses limits or restrictions.
An invite gives access to a room subject to its capacity and moderation rules. Keep private invites private. Room hosts and moderators can use the controls provided by the game, and operators may restrict accounts or content for safety, abuse, security or legal reasons.
Play fairly and respect other people
Do not harass, threaten, impersonate or disclose someone else's private information. Do not submit illegal content, infringe others' rights, manipulate scores, interfere with the service or bypass access, payment, moderation or usage controls.
Use reporting and blocking tools where available. A public username, appearance or paid membership does not grant verification, moderation authority or an endorsement by the operator.
Your content and other participants
You retain your rights in content you submit. You give the operator permission to host, process and display that content as needed to provide the feature and audience you choose, and to administer support, moderation and legal obligations. Do not submit content you lack permission to share.
Participants can see or hear information you share with them and may record it independently. Do not treat private rooms or optional voice as a confidential communications service.
Imagery and mapping providers
Street View Together is independent of its imagery and mapping providers. Their content, availability, account requirements and use restrictions also apply. Using Google services through the game is subject to the Google Terms of Service and Google Maps Additional Terms linked below, incorporated for that provider use.
Do not remove or obscure provider attribution or use the game to scrape or redistribute imagery contrary to the provider terms. Virtual imagery can be out of date and is not a promise about current real-world conditions. The game is not a real-world navigation or emergency service.
Availability and play limits
Access depends on room capacity, provider availability, available funding, account eligibility and the limits shown by the service. Free or paid access is not unlimited imagery usage. Do not assume a quota, feature or provider will be available simply because it was available previously.
The beta may have bugs or maintenance interruptions. A backend restart can end current rooms and games. We do not promise uninterrupted service, saved live room state or the recovery of an interrupted match. Contact support about failures affecting paid access; applicable consumer rights remain intact.
Optional purchases and memberships
When checkout is available, review the product, price, currency, taxes, allowance and renewal information shown before purchasing. A preview does not create a purchase or equip an item. A one-time cosmetic or toy purchase is separate from membership and does not confer competitive authority.
Lemon Squeezy handles checkout as merchant of record under its buyer terms. Membership renewals, cancellation and remaining access depend on the purchased offer and verified paid period. You can cancel future renewals through the available billing portal or by contacting support; cancellation does not itself refund a past charge.
Refunds can remove the rights supplied by the refunded purchase. Independent valid purchases or grants are assessed separately. Our Refund policy describes the voluntary unused-purchase window, used paid sessions and exceptions. Nothing here overrides applicable statutory rights or Lemon Squeezy decisions.
Changes and questions
We may update the service and these terms. Changes are dated on this page, and material changes will be explained through an appropriate notice. A change does not retroactively remove applicable rights in an existing purchase. Contact us about a material change affecting paid access or about a dispute.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights, liabilities or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not require you to waive mandatory consumer protections.
