Email is reviewed by the operator. There is no guaranteed response time or 24-hour support promise. Please do not send account passwords, complete card details or another player's private information.
Game and account help
Describe what you tried, what you expected and what happened. Include your browser/device and the approximate time. If a room reference or screenshot is relevant, send it privately rather than posting an invite publicly.
For general ideas and bug reports, you can also use the existing feedback form. An email link opens a draft in your email app; nothing is sent until you send it. Submitting feedback on the site uses the form's own confirmation.
Purchases, cancellation and refunds
Include your order reference and the account email used at checkout. Lemon Squeezy receipts can provide payment-support and subscription-management links. Read the Refund policy for eligible unused purchases and the exceptions for billing problems or service failures.
Privacy and personal information
For access, correction, deletion or a concern about personal information, email a privacy request. We review requests manually and may need to verify account ownership. The Privacy policy explains the types of information involved and retention limitations.
