Each play session can include multiple rounds. Starting a room with Google Street View uses one session from your allowance. Reloading or opening a room in a new tab starts another session. Your daily and monthly limits and shared availability still apply.
Daily includes one free start per day, resetting at 00:00 UTC. After that, joins, reloads and resumes use regular sessions. Practice uses regular sessions and does not earn streak credit.
Members use their plan's play sessions for Daily instead of the free start.
Once you use a paid play session from a billing period, that period is not eligible for a change-of-mind refund. You can cancel future renewals and keep access through the paid period. This does not limit your rights under applicable law or refunds approved by Lemon Squeezy, including for billing errors or failure to provide the service.

What counts as a play session?
Joining a room with Google Street View starts one play session. Leaving and joining again, reloading the page, or opening it in a new tab uses another session. Moving around, playing more rounds, chatting, and reconnecting within the same room do not use another session. Mapillary does not use this allowance. Sessions are not charged by the minute.
When do play sessions reset?
Your daily allowance resets at 00:00 UTC. Paid play session allowances use a rolling 31-day window; older sessions drop out as the days pass. Free monthly allowances reset on the first day of the month, at 00:00 UTC.
Refunds and renewals
If your next month's sessions can't be prepared before your renewal date, we may stop your membership from renewing. You keep your current month, remaining sessions, saved looks and purchased items until your paid period ends.
What else comes with VIP?
Your plan unlocks its name styles for your avatar and your pin on friends' maps. Accessories are sold separately in the item shop.
